Money

The annual budget of around $45,000 is covered by donations. There is a donation box on the table in the entryway. Money can also be placed in the Treasurer's box in the Library. Checks can be mailed to the Treasurer at the Meeting’s PO Box.

Affiliations

• This meeting is a member of New Mexico Regional Meeting and Intermountain Yearly Meeting (IMYM); and is associated with the American Friends Service Committee (AFSC), the Friends World Committee for Consultation (FWCC), and the Friends Committee on National Legislation (FCNL).

• Under this meeting are the worship groups: Gallup, Socorro, Bonito Valley, and Amarillo.

• Newsletter: picked up at the meetinghouse or mailed every month to anyone who would like it. To get on the list or make changes of address, fill out a form from the box on the table in the entryway.

• Pamphlets: Introductory info for new attenders about what Quakers think about things and what meeting is about. These are in the entryway near the front door.
